At Ownlybuild, we are committed to delivering high quality custom platforms for our clients. Please read our refund policy carefully before engaging our services.

1. Project Deposit

All projects require a 50% deposit before work begins. This deposit is non-refundable once work has started, as it covers initial planning, design, and development resources allocated to your project.

2. Full Refund

A full refund of any payments made is available only if work has not yet started on your project. If you request a cancellation before development begins, you will receive a complete refund.

3. No Refund After Delivery

Once the final project has been delivered and approved by the client, no refunds will be issued. We encourage clients to review all deliverables carefully before providing final approval.

4. Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of our work, please contact us at team@ownlybuild.co before requesting a refund. We are committed to resolving any issues and will work with you to address concerns professionally.

5. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
