Upon full payment, the client owns all custom code and assets built specifically for their project. Ownlybuild retains the right to display the project in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and required assets during the development process. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines.

4. Limitation of Liability

Ownlybuild is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the project.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
